Delete your CricMatters account

Applies to the CricMatters website and the Android / iOS apps

Delete it yourself (fastest)

1. Sign in and open your profile — in the app or at cricmatters.com.
2. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account.
3. Confirm. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.

What gets deleted

• Your account and sign-in
• Your profile details (name, email, mobile number, photo)
• Your notifications and saved devices (push notification tokens)
• Every link between you and team or player records

What stays

Scorecards, auction results and other tournament records stay part of the tournament’s history, because they belong to the tournament rather than to your account — but after deletion they are no longer linked to you or to your sign-in. If you want those records removed too, email us and we will arrange it with the tournament organizer.

If you can’t sign in

Email hello@cricmatters.com from the address on the account and ask for deletion. We verify it is really you, then delete the account and confirm by reply.
